About LAHF

The Lansing Area Homeschool Families (LAHF) is an inclusive group designed to connect homeschool families in the Lansing area. As well as being a support group for local homeschoolers, field trips, gym days, co-op classes, clubs, and other events are organized through members in this group. We have over 300 members who enjoy free membership status and over 70 families who pay yearly dues to receive special paid-membership status. Most of our group communication occurs on our Facebook page, including all registration for field trips and other events. If you would like to join our group, please follow these steps:

1.) Become either a paid member or an unpaid member by filling out this easy form.

To read more about the benefits of paid vs unpaid memberships, click here.

2.) Go to our Facebook page and request that we add you. We will not add you unless you have filled out a membership form (see above)!

3.) If you chose paid membership, send the $10 fee via PayPal to Lansingareahomeschoolfamilies@yahoo.com, or to pay via cash or personal check, contact Jennifer Fancher.

To sign up for field trips, service projects, or parties, follow the 3 steps above (you must be a paid member to participate in most of these events), and then RSVP “going” on the Facebook event pages for the events you wish to attend.
