Lansing Homeschoolers hosts Park Days in the summer months and Homeschool Days at Foster during the school year. Members of Lansing Homeschoolers also occasionally plan other events such as field trips and holiday parties.
Lansing Homeschoolers keeps a Google Calendar of all of their events and they include some local Lansing events as well on the calendar.

If you or one of your children has a diagnosis that effects homeschooling (ASD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, physical disability, etc..) then you may want to join the Homeschooling with Special Needs in the Lansing Area group for support. They don’t do in person events but they are a great bunch of people to talk to online, and you may find someone you want to meet up with in person.
